Repair Cafe Booking Form

Pre-booking is optional—you can still simply turn up on the day.

Booking in advance helps us prepare for your repair, speeds up check-in, and allows our volunteers to gather the right tools, source possible spare parts, or even offer advice before the event.


Please read the following before completing the below form…

On arrival, you'll be asked to confirm the details provided on your pre-booking form and sign to confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

  • Repair Café volunteers reserve the right to refuse to repair any item.

  • All repairs are performed entirely at the owner’s risk and with their agreement.

  • Sustainable Shrivenham and Repair Café volunteers are not liable for any accidental injury, loss or damage caused to Customers or their property, or for any subsequent damage, loss or injury at any time following repairs undertaken, or advice given.

  • No guarantee is given on any repairs carried out. Repair Café will happily re-evaluate any faults that subsequently occur/reoccur at the next scheduled Repair Café.

  • The Customer is responsible for the cost of any agreed replacement parts. Some consumables are free.

  • Repair Café has very limited storage space and will only store small items at their discretion.

  • Customers must endeavour to collect items before Repair Café closes at 13:00.

You can book in additional items, but they may be worked on as a lower priority during busy periods.

Items booked online after 12:00 noon on the day before the Repair Café may not be seen in time. If you miss the booking deadline, please bring your item along anyway. We'll do our best to fit you in.
